Проблеми розвитку малого бізнесу в Україні

Abstract

UA: В статті досліджено основні тенденції та проблеми розвитку малого бізнесу в Україні. Визначено, що вирішення зазначених проблем повинно стати одним із ключових напрямків державної політики, адже саме мале підприємництво сприятиме значному підвищенню ефективності реалізації вітчизняного економічного потенціалу України. Запропоновано комплекс адміністративно-правових, організаційно-економічних, інвестиційних та соціокультурних завдань щодо розвитку малого бізнесу.

EN: The article investigates the main tendencies and problems of small business development in Ukraine. Small business is the foundation for a market economy and creates the necessary atmosphere of competition. It is capable of responding quickly to any changes in market conditions, creating additional jobs. The development of small business depends mainly on two main conditions: the internal economic situation in the country as a whole and its regions and the ability of a particular entrepreneur to use the data given to him the right to realize their economic goals. The problems of small business development were divided into macro- and micro-level problems. It is determined that the solution of these problems should become one of the key areas of state policy, since it is small business that will significantly increase the efficiency of realization of the domestic economic potential of Ukraine. The complex of administrative-legal, organizational economic, investment and socio-cultural tasks for the development of small business is offered.
