Методологічні засади управління реструктуризацією авіапідприємств

Abstract

UA: Дисертація присвячена розробленню теоретико-методологічних і прикладних засад управління реструктуризацією авіапідприємств, обґрунтуванню системи напрямів, типів та стратегій реструктуризації в умовах здійснення перетворень задля забезпечення потреб їхнього функціонування і розвитку. З позицій системного підходу визначено понятійний базис реструктуризації підприємства, розроблено концептуальний підхід до управління нею, що розкриває та узагальнює концептуальні і теоретико-методичні підходи до реалізації вибраних напрямів і типів реструктуризації авіакомпаній та аеропортів. Розроблено методологічний підхід щодо управління реструктуризацією підприємства, що ґрунтується на структурній декомпозиції напрямів і типів реструктуризації, що дає можливість побудувати базис стратегічного планування реорганізаційних заходів авіакомпанії або аеропорту, оскільки враховує необхідність прийняття рішень, спрямованих на одночасне задоволення економічних потреб за рівнем ієрархії. Запропоновано моделювання процесу взаємозв’язків між типами і стратегіями реструктуризації авіапідприємств. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до оцінювання комплексу реорганізаційних заходів для різних типів реструктуризації, з позицій якого можна інтегровано оцінювати якість управління в аспекті одночасного узгодження суперечливих економічних інтересів. EN: The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of airlines restructuration management. Systems of directions, types and strategies of restructuration are grounded in terms of reforms’ implementation to ensure the needs of their functioning and development. Using a systematic approach, conceptual basis of enterprise restructuration is defined, conceptual approach to its management is developed. It reveals and summarizes conceptual, theoretical and methodological approaches to the implementation of selected directions and types of airlines and airports restructuration. A methodological approach to management airlines restructuration, based on the structural decomposition of directions and types of restructuration that allows you to build a basis for strategic planning of reorganization measures of airline or the airport because taking into account the need for making decisions to simultaneously meet the economic needs of different levels hierarchy. A process modeling relationships between types and restructuration strategies airlines is proposal. A scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of complex reorganization measures are developed belonging to the various types of restructuration that allows evaluating of quality management that aimed at simultaneous conflicting economic interests.
