Удосконалення проведення ревізії букс пасажирських вагонів засобами діагностики

Abstract

UA: Наведено удосконалену систему проведення ревізії букс пасажирських вагонів засобами діагностики, що, на відміну від аналогів, забезпечує гнучкість архітектури побудови функціональних блоків діагностичної системи під конкретні завдання, мінімізує її ціну і розширює сферу застосування.

EN: Presented an improved system audit axle boxes vibrodiagnostics passenger cars means that unlike analogue architecture provides the flexibility to build functional blocks diagnostic system for a specific job , it minimizes the cost and extend the use. The offered system allows use one computer on the base which the system is formed for connecting to 16 stands on different axle boxes for the exposure defects with authenticity no less than 95% only. The system allows to expose the greater number defects axle boxes and, to carry out in future prognostication remaining resource and passing to repair on the technical state.
