Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню актуальної науково-практичної задачі – поліпшення техніко-економічних показників піввагонів вітчизняного виробництва за рахунок удосконалення їх конструкції на основі використання нових підходів та методів для їх проектування. Науково обґрунтовано перспективні напрямки удосконалення конструкції піввагонів вітчизняного виробництва. Запропоновано формалізоване описання конструкції сучасних піввагонів на основі використання принципів ієрархічності та декомпозиції. Розроблено метод визначення структури матеріалоємності піввагонів на основі блочно-ієрархічного описання конструкції. Сформульовано задачу оптимізаційного проектування конструктивних елементів піввагонів за критерієм мінімальної матеріалоємності. Розроблено розрахунково-експериментальний метод визначення резервів зниження матеріалоємності елементів конструкції піввагонів. Обґрунтовано варіант удосконалення конструкції піввагонів моделі 12-9745 виробництва ДП«Укрспецвагон». Запропоновано нові патентозахищені конструкції залізничних піввагонів. Показано, що впровадження запропонованих технічних рішень дозволить суттєво зменшити матеріалоємність та поліпшити технологічність виготовлення вітчизняних піввагонів. EN: Fomin O.V. Dissertational work is devoted to the solution of an actual scientifically-practical problem – improvement of tekhnyko-ekonomycheskykh indexes of railways freight gondolas of domestic production due to the improvement of their construction on the basis of the use of new approaches and planning methods. Perspective directions of improvement of construction of railways freight gondolas domestic production are scientifically grounded. New approach is offered to the formalized description of construction of modern railways freight gondolas on the basis of the use of principles of hierarchicalness and dekompozytsyy of research of the mechanical systems The method of determination structure of materyaloemkosty railways freight gondolas is developed on the basis of sectionally-hierarchical description of construction. The task of the optimization planning of structural elements of railways freight gondolas is formulated on the criterion of minimum materyaloemkosty. The calculation-experimental method of determination of backlogs of decline of materyaloemkosty of elements of construction of railways freight gondolas is developed. The variant of improvement of construction of freight gondolas of model a 12-9745 made by SF «Ukrspetsvagon» is grounded.
