Abstract

UA: Лючков Д.С. – Удосконалення організації вагонопотоків на мережі залізниць при міжнародних перевезеннях вантажів. Рукопис. Дисертація присвячена питанню вдосконалення технології вантажних перевезень у міжнародному сполученні. Згідно з поставленою метою в роботі розроблено моделі й методи, що забезпечують раціональне обслуговування та оптимальний розподіл ресурсів при організації вантажних перевезень у міждержавному сполученні. Для урахування більш впливових факторів при вдосконаленні технології розроблено такі моделі: технології роботи прикордонної передаточної станції, технологічної лінії з пріоритетним обслуговуванням при організації вантажних перевезень у міждержавному сполученні. Dissertation is devoted to the question of improving the organization of car flow at international transportations of loads. Through territory of Ukraine six international directions pass for admission and maintenance of transit car flow. The existent tendency of increasing volume in freight transportations in an international report on the railways of Ukraine brings in the change of organization of transportations and management on the railway transport. The instrument for improving the cars flowes organization at international transportations of loads is the development of the model on the base of new technology which will allow to provide the effective redistribution of resources and transport devices of the railway stations at existent and perspective volumes, and as a result, to shorten the running expenses of railways. The technical-economic efficiency from introducting the new organization of car flow to an international report is attained due to the optimum redistribution of resources. It gives introductions of category of priority possibility to decrease the empty inefficient runs of carriages and turn of freight carriage on the whole, to decrease the outages of freight carriages on the railway stations ready to sending in an intergovernmental report, to provide themaximally-effective use of mobile composition.
