Економічні аспекти підвищення ефективності перевезень вантажів у міжнародному сполученні

Abstract

UA: Дисертаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню ефективності перевезень вантажів в міждержавному сполученні. В роботі проведено комплексний аналіз фінансово-економічних і статистичних показників діяльності залізниць України і країн світу. Обґрунтовано показники для розподілу непрямих витрат на пасажирські і вантажні перевезення за окремими вимірниками експлуатаційної діяльності залізниць, які враховуються при визначенні витратних ставок. Розроблено методику розрахунку собівартості перевезень вантажів в міжнародному сполученні. Проведено аналіз діючої системи обліку статистичних і фінансових показників з метою її пристосування для автоматизації розрахунків. Розроблено систему автоматизованого розрахунку фінансово-економічних показників. Удосконалено методику визначення ефективності вантажних перевезень в міжнародному сполученні на окремих напрямках залізниць в зоні транспортних коридорів. Показана ефективність проведення моніторингу перевезень вантажів в міжнародному сполученні. Запропоновано заходи з підвищення ефективності міжнародних перевезень.

EN: The dissertation paper is devoted to the research and development of the methods to determine the efficiency of cargo transportation in the international traffic. In this work the complex analysis of the financial, economic activities and statistic data of the Ukrainian railways and railways of other countries of the world is carried out. The parameters for distribution of the indirect charges on passenger and freight traffic, on separate measuring instruments of the operational activity of railways that are used in the definition of the cost rates are stipulated. The procedure of the price formation of cargo transportation in the international traffic is developed. The working system analysis of statistical and financial parameters is carried out with the purpose of its adaptation for automation of calculations. The system of the automated calculation of financial and economic parameters is developed. The technique for the definition of the freight traffic efficiency in the international traffic in the separate directions of railways in a zone of transport corridors is advanced. The efficiency of realization of cargo transportation monitoring in the international traffic is shown. Actions for the increase of the international transportation efficiency are offered.
