UA: В статі розглянуто причини зниження конкурентоспроможності вагонобудівних підприємств залізничного транспорту. Конкурентну ситуацію промислових підприємств залізничного транспорту погіршує неадаптована до ринкових умов організаційна структура управління під приємством. Формування конкурентних переваг вагонобудівних підприємств в сучасних ринкових умовах запропоновано здійснювати на основі удосконалення системи управління підприємством. Визначені умови забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вагонобудівних підпри ємств залізничного транспорту.
