Підвищення надійності гідроприводу кранів

Abstract

UA: У статті пропонується метод підвищення надійності гідроприводу мобільних кранів шляхом поліпшення властивостей робочих рідин за рахунок дозованого введення в них присадок з контейнера. Розглянуто бракувальні показники робочих рідин гідроприводу. Виявлено причини старіння легованих масел і спрацьовування в них присадок. Пропонується спосіб визначення швидкості спрацьовування присадок і, відповідно, швидкості їхнього уведення.

EN: In this article were analised the conditions of the working the actuating fluid of hydraulicals in the mobile cranes. Also the rejection factor of the actuating fluid (the kinematic viscosity, the solids content, the purity grade, the water content, the acidity, etc.) were considered. Moreover, the causes of aging the doped oils and the tripping additives in them were identified. In this article proposed a method of determining the response speed of additives and, respectively, the speed of their input. Also it was justified the dosed input of additives instead of additives which are out of work. The article proposes the method for increasing the reliability of the hydraulic of the mobile cranes by improving the properties of the working fluid through the dosed input of additives from the container. There is a construction of the container for the dosed input and how it works. Moreover, in the article proposed a place for the container in crane`s hydraulic. The advantage of this innovation is not only increasing of the service life of the hydraulic fluid, increasing of the durability of the parts, but also improving the reliability of the hydraulic cranes in general.
