Аналіз заходів боротьби з налипанням та намерзанням вологих насипних вантажів до поверхонь кузовів транспортних засобів

Abstract

UA: Згідно аналізу робіт видатних вчених визначили основні параметри фізичних основ прилипання вологих насипних вантажів до робочих поверхонь кузовів транспортних засобів та розглянули основні методи боротьби з цими явищами. Звідси випливає, що найбільш перспективним засобом боротьби є використання покриттів, які здатні знижати прилипання вологих насипних вантажів. Такі покриття слід шукати в галузі полімерних і гідрофобних лакофарбових покриттів, поверхневий натяг яких нижче, чим у води.

EN: Vehicles, including open rolling stock of railways, during production, handling, transportation and storage of bulk cargo does not meet the design capacity, as the volume of processed goods especially in conditions of high humidity or frost, is significantly reduced. This is due to sticking or interpreted as freezing of bulk cargo in the vehicle body and as a consequence do not complete their unloading. According to the analysis of works of prominent scientists have identified the main parameters of the physical bases of adhesion of wet bulk cargo to the working surfaces of bodies of vehicles and reviewed the main methods of dealing with these phenomena. It follows that the most promising way to fight is to use coatings that are capable of sticking znyzhaty wet bulk cargoes. Such coatings are to be found in polymer and hydrophobic coatings, surface tension which is lower than that of water.
