Комп'ютерна програма для проектування складу бетону «ПСБ УкрДАЗТ»

Abstract

UA: Представлено комп'ютерну програму «ПСБ УкрДАЗТ» для вирішення завдання проектування складу бетону з урахуванням властивостей складових матеріалів по запропонованим методологіям розрахунку. Описано основні елементи інтерфейсу користувача, функціональні можливості і порядок роботи для вирішення поставлених завдань. Наведено приклад розв’язання задачі проектування складу бетону за допомогою комп'ютерної програми.

EN: Presented PC software «CMD UkrSAR» аs part of the project «Creation of a prototype intelligent system control composition and properties of concrete for designs and constructions of railways» by a team of authors of the UkrSAR and KhNUCA. Use of information technology in the process of solving the technological problems of applied expediently and justified. The computer program allows to design heavy cement concrete with specified properties. Basic user interface elements are described for each of the component materials: cement, aggregates and additives. Example of solving the problem of design of concrete using a computer program is presented. The results of the computer program are presented in the form of a report and a strength diagram and generated automatically. The software can be used as a standalone computer program, as well as in the complex automated control systems for the production of concrete mixes, concrete and reinforced concrete products.
