Основні процеси, що викликають зношення підкладки у скріпленні типу «метро»

Abstract

UA: На основі аналізу існуючих уявлень про природу зношення елементів подібних технічних систем та умов експлуатації скріплення типу «Метро» визначено, що процесу зношення реборди підкладки притаманні ознаки, характерні для фреттинг-корозії. Наведено можливі групи методів захисту від такого виду зношення та характеристика їх з погляду захисту реборди підкладки розглянутого скріплення, виділено найбільш доцільний зважаючи на особливості експлуатації в метрополітені – змащення поверхні тертя реборди підкладки.

In the article on the basis of analysis of existent pictures it is set of nature of wear of elements of the similar technical systems and external of cleating of type «Subway» environments, that prcessu wear of lining rebordy signs, characteristic for frettage-corrosion, are inherent. The possible groups of methods of protecting from such kind of wear of surfaces of friction and description are resulted them from point of defence of rebordy of lining of the examined cleating, the most expedient is selected from them coming from external environments in underground passage is greasing of surface of friction of lining rebordy.
