Визначення порушення геометрії профілю бандажа колісних пар локомотивів

Abstract

UA: У статті представлені особливості визначення геометричних перекручувань параметрів профілю бандажа колісних пар локомотивів. Представлено метод, що дозволяє визначати зношування елементів бандажа не точковим способом, а за допомогою розрахунку різниці геометричних перерізів залежно від часу їхньої роботи. Для виділення цих перерізів пропонується апроксимація поліномами нелінійні геометричні ділянки, площі яких надалі підсумуються й рівняються між собою. Збільшення різниці порівняння залежно від ступеня зношування поверхні круга катання дозволяє оцінювати технічний стан колісних пар і, як наслідок, прогнозувати обточувань бандажа при проведенні технічних обслуговувань і ремонтів.

EN: In clause features of definition of geometrical distortions of parameters of a structure of a bandage of wheel pairs locomotives are presented. The method is presented, allowing to determine deterioration of elements of a bandage not in the dot way, and by means of calculation of a difference of geometrical sections depending on time of their work. With this purpose the structure of a bandage is broken into some sites. Researches for a new bandage and a bandage which has deterioration on a circle of driving in these sites are carried out. For definition of these sections their approximation by sedate polynoms is offered. By means of integration the areas of nonlinear geometrical sites which in the further are summarized and compared among themselves are determined. The difference of the areas on each site is determined. The increase in a difference of comparison depending on a degree of deterioration of a surface of a circle of driving allows to estimate a technical condition of wheel pairs and as consequence, to predict quantity of turnings of a bandage at carrying out of maintenance service and repairs.
