Аналіз експлуатаційних властивостей та складу пластичних мастил буксових вузлів вагонів

Abstract

UA: Проаналізовано вплив експлуатаційних властивостей та складу мастил на роботу роликових буксових вузлів рухомого складу. Уточнені та доповнені вимоги до мастил буксових вузлів вагонів виходячи з сучасних умов їх експлуатації. Розглянута можливість підвищення показників надійності роботи буксового вузла рухомого складу за рахунок правильного вибору мастила, що має найкращі експлуатаційні властивості та знижує витрати на утримання буксових вузлів в справному стані.

EN: It was shown the effect of the issue of axle boxes with roller bearings of wagons at the state of safety Ukrainian railways from 2005 to 2013 due to the deterioration of operational properties of greases. The influence of the operating properties and composition of the grease on the work of axle boxes of rolling stock with different types of roller bearing was analised. Refined and expanded requirements for grease for axle boxes wagons based on the current conditions of their operation. Gives the values of worked and emergency temperatures of axle boxes wagons, the speed of rotation and the speed parameter of bearings, bearing loads and the impact of the process of the wagons, which determine the choice of the correct type of grease. Also shows the influence of the type of grease on the value of the coefficient of friction. The possibility of increasing the parameters of reliability of the axle boxes of rolling stock by proper selection of grease, which has the best operational properties and reduces the cost of maintenance of axle boxes.
