Структура моделі автоматизованої системи оперативного планування вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт в регіоні дороги

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена одному з аспектів, спрямованому на забезпечення транспортної мережі дороги навантажувальними ресурсами. Розглядається функціональна структура автоматизованої системи оперативного планування вантажно-розвантажувальних робіт - склад та призначення підсистем. Доведена необхідність автоматизації процесу оперативного планування вантаженнярозвантаження та розробки відповідного математичного апарату. Запропонований новий підхід, що зводить роль технолога до незначних корегувань плану з метою урахування неформальних обмежень.

EN: The article is dedicated to one of the aspects, aimed at providing of a transport network of road with loadings resources. The functional structure of the automated system of operative planning of loading-unloading works is being considered - structure and functions of the subsystems. Necessity of automation of process of operational planning of loading-unloading process and development of the appropriate mathematical apparatus is proven. A new approach is offered which reduces the role of the product engineer to insignificant updates of the plan for the account of informal limitations. System includes two independent subsystems: formation of technical norms and formation of list of members of the staff. Its data base containing interconnected data is considered which are accumulated, supported and processed with the aid of specialized functional program modules: adjusting and re-registration, initial formation of data, granting of service management, calculations, updating, selective choice, formation of master and elective reference information, formation and handing of accounted documents. The effect from use of given system is obtained at the expense of reduction of standing cars and locomotives at the stations, reduction of finding of trains at the sections during adjusting movement, substantial improvement of the quality of the plan of loading-unloading process, decrease of expenditures of manual operations, cost reduction of information processing.
