Аналіз передумов формування прикордонних транспортнологістичних кластерів для удосконалення міжнародних залізничних вантажних перевезень

Abstract

UA: Проведено аналіз передумов для формування прикордонних транспортно-логістичних кластерів на території України, спираючись на досвід інших країн. Запропоновано для розгляду задачі та пропозиції щодо створення умов для подальшого розвитку транспортної системи України для інтеграції у міжнародні транспортні системи з огляду на зростаючі вимоги до якості міжнародних вантажних перевезень.

EN: For the development of the transport sector of modern Ukraine in the face of rising demands for quality, speed and reliability of transport the development of new approaches to cargo handling and cargo services, especially in the border regions and border is a priority. In this article the preconditions for the formation of cross-border transportation and logistics clusters in Ukraine are analyzed based on the experience of other countries to improve international rail freight. Several tasks and propositions were made to create conditions for the further development of transport system of Ukraine in order to integrate into the international transport system. Creating of cross-border transportation and logistics clusters will improve speed, reliability and quality of service during processing the freight crossing the border of Ukraine and help refocus various areas related to transportation to cooperate with each other and to encourage the development of local business followed by effective interaction with foreign carriers.
