Залучення додаткових обсягів пасажирів приміського сполучення на підставі гнучкої тарифікації

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто актуальність впровадження гнучкої тарифікації у приміських пасажирських перевезеннях з метою зменшення їх збитковості. На основі зібраних статистичних даних продажу квитків проаналізовано динаміку перевезень, що вказує на загальну тенденцію зменшення приміського пасажиропотоку за останні 5 років і нерівномірність перевезень у часі. Запропоновано впровадження коефіцієнту вартості квитка, який сприятиме залученню додаткових об’ємів пасажирів.

EN: This article discusses the relevance and the possibility of introducing a flexible tariff policy in suburban passenger traffic in order to reduce their unprofitability. Based on the collected statistical data of tickets sales the dynamics of traffic was analyzed. The analysis demonstrates the general trend of reducing of suburban passenger traffics volumes over the past 5 years. The uneven traffic for months and weekdays had been detected . The average deviation of the number of tickets sold per month to the average value of year equals 6,5-8,4%. In order to reduce uneven of passenger traffic the coefficient for the ticket price had been proposed. This coefficient will attract additional volumes of passengers in the days and months with a minimum passenger traffics and will increase revenues in the days and months with a maximum passenger traffics. Also it will be possible to get more optimal exploitation of the rolling-stock and other technical equipment of railways.
