Урахування соціальної складової ефективності технікоорганізаційних заходів приміських залізничних перевезень

Abstract

UA: У статті розглядаються питання забезпечення стійкого соціально-економічного розвитку залізничного транспорту України, зокрема, методичний підхід до визначення соціального ефекту від збереження приміського руху на малодіяльних ділянках.

EN: In the article the questions of providing of steady socio-economic development of railway transport of Ukraine are considered in particular, methodical approach to determination of social effect from saving of passenger motion of malodeyatelnih areas. Assuming, that a social effect from saving of malodeyatelnih areas appears due to saving of workplaces and tax receipts in a budget, we will define trudozatrati that their cost for providing of suburban motion on these areas. In computations we will be limited only by a locomotive constituent as most ponderable in the prime price of railway transportations. For computation of trudozatrat and their cost we will take advantage of basic positions of determination of measuring devices of operating work, that are related to work of locomotive brigades, train staffs and brigades from permanent repair of hauling mobile composition which is involved in suburban transportations of malodeyatelnih areas. Thus, methodical approach, which is offered, allowed in a number to estimate a social effect from saving of activity of malodeyatelnih lines and can be applied at the decided problems of their subsequent exploitation.
