UA: В контексті вибору напрямку розвитку підприємств машинобудівної галузі досліджено існуючі види інтеграційних стратегій, зроблено висновок про багатоаспектність інтеграційних процесів та необхідність консолідації економічного потенціалу підприємств галузі через розширену модель інтеграції. Розкрито теоретичне підґрунтя концепції інтеграційного розвитку машинобудівних підприємств на основі розширеного підходу, що поєднує положення теорії фірм, теорії ігор, життєвих циклів та управління соціально-економічними системами.

EN: In the context of choice of machine-building industry enterprises development direction existent types of integration strategies are investigated, a conclusion about multidimensionalness of integration processes and necessity of consolidation of industry enterprises economic potential through the extended model of integration is done. Theoretical basis of conception of machine-building enterprises integration development on the basis of the extended approach, which combines position of theory of firms, game, life cycles and management of the socio-economic systems is exposed. Progressive conceptions of enterprises integrations, which are formed on the basis of the outlined approaches are certained. It is well-proven that the use of positions of the extended conception of machine-building integration development forms pre-conditions of large-scale multilevel integration of machine-building enterprises as within the limits of industry, so with the enterprises of other industries in composition of logistic network of innovative products advancement for creation of the public-meaningful blessings.
