виникнення. Результатом чого стала розробка послідовності розвитку додаткових послуг за аналогом піраміди Маслоу. EN: In article definition and classification of such economic categories as requirement, the benefit and service is considered. The assessment of additional services of stations by means of economic categories is carried out. Creation of hierarchy of development of additional services on the basis of Maslou's pyramid became result of scientific research. The analysis of additional services of stations showed the following. Additional services arose in mankind development, then, when the person realized need for satisfaction of certain requirements. These are ways of satisfaction of requirements for process of movement by railway transport, i.e. this benefit. Additional services can be referred to the economic, consumer and personal benefits. Initially the mankind satisfied need for fast movement by means of railway transport, so there were stations. In a waiting time of the train of people I realized need for a left-luggage office and information bureau. And then in food, drinks, and consequently, and in paid toilets. Further development of scientific and technical progress led to requirement to save time for ticket acquisition, so there were service centers, services of copying and access to personal computers. And later need of transition from the stationary Internet to the wireless was created. The result has been the development of a sequence of stages in the development of additional services by analogy with the pyramid Maslow. |
