Інноваційне управління соціальним комплексом

Abstract

UA: У статті уточнено низку теоретичних положень інноватики щодо специфіки соціальної сфери. Сукупність інноваційних управлінських технологій у соціальному комплексі представлено як ієрархічну систему, що складається з двох підсистем. В управлінні соціальною сферою автор особливо виділяє групу концептуальних інновацій, упровадження яких спрямоване на вирішення проблем соціального розвитку України (стратегії розвитку соціального комплексу, програмно-цільові методи, пріоритетні національні проекти, форсайт-технології, соціальні стандарти).

EN: The theoretic statements of innovation as to the social sphere have been specified in the article. The combination of innovation managing technologies in the social complex is presented as the hierarchic system consisting of two sub-systems. In the management of the social sphere the author has distinguished the group of conceptual innovations directed onto solving the problems of the social development of Ukraine (social complex development strategies, program-aimed methods, priority national projects, foresight technologies, social standards).
