Обгрунтування тактики організації ремонту обладнання ТРС при подовженні терміну його експлуатації

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена питанням визначення і обгрунтування тактики організації ремонту обладнання ТРС на основі оптимізації приведених витрат на його проведення. Разом з технічними заходами при обґрунтуванні тактики ТО, ПР ТРС необхідно проводити економічні розрахунки, що визначають зону ефективності дії заходів з організації ТО, ПР ТРС, враховуючі як витрати, так і термін експлуатації ТРС.

EN: The article is devoted to the questions of definition and justification of the tactics of organization of repair the equipment of locomotives on the basis of optimization of the reduced expenses for its carrying out. Together with the technical measures in justifying the tactics of the maintenance, the current repair of locomotives it is necessary to conduct economic calculations, which determine the area of effectiveness of the activities for the organization of maintenance, current repair of locomotives, taking into account both the cost and the lifetime of the locomotives. When switching to the modular design and repair of the locomotive system, it is necessary to take into account both the number of implemented modules and the capital and operating costs for their development, which also has its own efficiency zone. The usage a high-reliability locomotive aggregates allows a greater savings in capital investments. In the latter one must also take into account the reduction in the cost of parts stock in the consumer equipment. In addition to saving capital investment use in the system of aggregates of increased reliability will also be able to obtain savings in operating costs.
