Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена питанням розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифрової трансформації ділового середовища. Визначено, що в сучасних умовах господарювання на ефективний розвиток підприємств сфери транспорту має вплив автоматизація процесів управління. Виокремлено, що запровадження автоматизованих систем в процес управління призводить до відчутних змін в традиційних структурах управління підприємствами. Зазначено, що автоматизація управлінських процесів дозволяє підприємствам залізничного транспорту забезпечити потребу в інформації на всіх рівнях керування з метою вирішення комплексу взаємопов'язаних транспортних задач щодо ефективного управління перевізним процесом в умовах формування нової економіки.

EN: The pace of digital transformation of the world economy requires rapid changes in the work of domestic enterprises. Computer equipment and automated control systems have a significant impact on the organizational structure of enterprise management due to the fact that the scale of tasks solved by automated control systems is constantly increasing due to increasing production capacity of computer equipment and computing capacity available at the enterprise. And the constant growth of data leads to the need to speed up their processing, so as not to delay, but to make timely management decisions. Under such conditions, railway transport enterprises are forced to change the guidelines of development, to shift the focus of activities to ensure timely, high-quality and full satisfaction of the demands of a market economy in the transportation of goods and passengers. For railway transport enterprises, automation of management processes allows to provide the need for information at all levels of management to solve a set of interrelated tasks for effective management of the transportation process and improve planning in transport. The active introduction of digital technologies in the work of railway transport enterprises opens new opportunities for efficient and competitive development of the railway industry in the future. Digitization is the main vector of development of transport enterprises by creating a single high-level automated system, which will include automated subsystems of these activities. This will allow them to interact harmoniously with each other, reduce the amount of work of operational staff, form a single system of online services, and more. However, with the limited resources currently available to domestic railway undertakings, the process of management automation should be more dynamic, in which automated systems should be in constant development, which will include some and exclude other functional tasks from the management system.
