Механізм державного регулювання відтворення та розвитку економіки України в ринкових умовах

Abstract

UA: В статті розглянуто питання державного регулювання економіки країни на етапі відтворення. Сталого економічного розвитку країни запропоновано досягти за рахунок створення спеціальних економічних зон та індустріально-технологічних багатогалузевих парків з індустріальним, логістичним, комерційним, освітнім, агротехнологічним і науковими кластерами. Визначено комплекс взаємопов’язаних та взаємоузгоджених методів, форм, засобів, інструментів та принципів регулювання економіки, які формують механізм державного регулювання економіки на етапі відтворення.

EN: The article considers the issue of state regulation of the country's economy at the stage of reproduction. The current situation in Ukraine requires the implementation of transformation processes that will not only recreate the economic system of the country, but also make it effective for society. Reproduction and development of Ukraine's economy depends on the implementation of market reforms in the country and the search for more effective mechanisms for active state regulation of the economy. In the process of regulation, the state and the market act as a whole, while the function of the state is to support all areas of the economy, to meet the needs of the population.
