Науково-методичний підхід до розподілу експлуатаційних витрат на утримання підприємств залізничного транспорту за умови збитковості

Abstract

UA: Однією з важливіших складових визначення ефективності залізничних станцій, у тому числі і малодіяльних, є рівень експлуатаційних витрат для здійснення виробничо-господарської діяльності. Сучасні особливості обліку експлуатаційних витрат вантажних станцій ускладнюють достовірність оцінювання ефективності роботи кожної з них. В статті запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до розподілу фактичних експлуатаційних витрат на утримання вантажних станцій регіональної філії. Даний підхід дозволяє розподілити фактичні експлуатаційні витрати відповідних господарств регіональної філії на утримання підпорядкованих вантажних станцій для вирішення проблеми визначення ефективності їх виробничогосподарської діяльності.

EN: The leading role in the transportation process is occupied by railway freight stations. They perform passenger and cargo operations, formation and disbandment of trains, provide acceptance, dispatch and passage of trains, as well as acceptance and delivery of goods. At the stations, the rolling stock is being re-mounted. The decrease in the volume of operational cargo turnover in freight traffic, loading, sending and unloading determines the problem of areas of small activity and stations. This problem is considered as a priority. Improving the efficiency of the functioning of the railway industry depends on its solution. An important component of determining the efficiency of railway stations, including small activities, is the level of actual operating costs for the implementation of production and economic activities. Currently, for freight stations, accounting for operating costs is carried out only for the element of wages and depreciation. Accounting for other elements is maintained by the relevant service in general for all freight stations.
