Забезпечення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту як основної складової його економічної безпеки

UA: Проблема підвищення конкурентоспроможності є першочерговим завданням при забезпеченні економічної безпеки, причому особливо актуально це для підприємств залізничного транспорту в даний час, ураховуючи нестабільність зовнішнього і внутрішнього ринків країни. На підставі аналізу обсягів перевезень пасажирів і вантажів на всіх видах транспорту обґрунтовано, що визначальним фактором конкурентоспроможності для залізничного транспорту є якість надаваних послуг. Сформовано напрями збільшення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту на основі запропонованої інтегральної логістичної системи.

EN: Rail transport is the sphere of the national economy, which directly influences the ensuring of economic security, which means that this type of transport must be among the most competitive of other transport modes. In conditions of tough competition advantages can be achieved only by improving the quality of goods and services. The problem of competitiveness is a priority in ensuring economic security, and this is especially significant for the railway companies at the present time, given the instability of external and internal market of the country. Based on the analysis of passenger’s transportations volumes and goods on all modes of transport, in the article it is substantiated that the determining factor for the competitiveness of rail transport is the quality of services. Also it’s given the possibility of increasing the rail transport competitiveness on the basis of the proposed integrated logistics system.
