Обеспечение конкурентоспособности железнодорожного транспорта как основной составляющей его экономической безопасности

Abstract

RU: Проблема повышения конкурентоспособности является первоочередной задачей при обеспечении экономической безопасности, причем особенно актуально это для предприятий железнодорожного транспорта в настоящее время, учитывая нестабильность внешнего и внутреннего рынков страны. На основании анализа объемов перевозок пассажиров и грузов на всех видах транспорта обосновано, что определяющим фактором конкурентоспособности для железнодорожного транспорта является качество оказываемых услуг. Сформированы направления увеличения конкурентоспособности железнодорожного транспорта на основе предложенной интегральной логистической системы.

EN: Rail transport is the sphere of the national economy, which directly influences the ensuring of economic security, which means that this type of transport must be among the most competitive of other transport modes. In conditions of tough competition advantages can be achieved only by improving the quality of goods and services. The problem of competitiveness is a priority in ensuring economic security, and this is especially significant for the railway companies at the present time, given the instability of external and internal market of the country. Based on the analysis of passenger’s transportations volumes and goods on all modes of transport, in the article it is substantiated that the determining factor for the competitiveness of rail transport is the quality of services. Also it’s given the possibility of increasing the rail transport competitiveness on the basis of the proposed integrated logistics system.
