Розробка схеми процесу прийняття рішень на підприємстві в умовах ризику і невизначеності

Abstract

UA: У статті обґрунтовано необхідність розробки схеми процесу прийняття рішень, як основного інструменту управління підприємством для забезпечення його ефективної роботи. Використання певного механізму процесу прийняття рішення на основі його схеми дозволить істотно скоротити не тільки тимчасові і матеріальні витрати підприємства , а й досить ефективно захиститися від різних негативних впливів як зовнішньої, так і внутрішнього середовища підприємства.

EN: The article substantiates the need for a scheme of decision-making as a key management tool now to ensure its effective operation. The main problem that arises in the process of decision-making is that there are necessarily random processes arising from the influence of various factors internal and external environment. А feature of every situation , decision-making is a huge number of alternative courses of action . Working through each of them takes a lot of mental, material and time costs. Thus, there is a need to create a template which would be taken into account as much as possible all the features of the decision making process. The use of a mechanism of decision-making on the basis of its scheme will significantly reduce not only the time and costs of the enterprise , but also effectively protect against various negative influences of both external and internal environment.
