Формування стратегічного контролінгу для залізничної галузі України

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено вагомість формування стратегічного контролінгу для залізничної галузі, що відбувається під впливом внутрішніх та зовнішніх чинників. Встановлено, що найбільш значного впливу завдають внутрішні чинники, які зумовлені насамперед специфікою основної діяльності залізничного транспорту, трансформаційними умовами функціонування, зокрема процесами реформування в залізничній галузі, а також наявним станом. Визначено, що базисом формування стратегічного контролінгу залізничної галузі є забезпечення ефективного використання та розвитку власного виробничого потенціалу. Це зумовило необхідність визначення основних проблем та розроблення перспективних напрямів розвитку виробничого потенціалу залізничного транспорту.

EN: The article determines the importance of forming strategic control for the railway industry, which is under the influence of internal and external factors. It has been established that the most significant influence is caused by internal factors, which are caused, first of all, by the specifics of the main activity of the railway transport, the transformational conditions of functioning, in particular the processes of reforming in the railway industry, and the existing state. It is determined that the basis for the formation of strategic control of the railway industry is to ensure the effective use and development of its own production potential. This necessitated the identification of the main problems and the development of promising directions for the development of the production potential of rail transport.
