Повышение качества механической обработки железнодорожных рельсов шлифованием

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто процес відновлення геометрії залізничного рейкового полотна за допомогою шліфування. Відзначено, що періодичне коригування профілю головки рейки шліфуванням дозволяє забезпечити найкращий контакт колеса з рейкою і тим самим продовжити його експлуатаційний ресурс до 20 %. Визначено, що на експлуатаційні властивості головки рейки впливає комплекс чинників процесу шліфування. Запропоновано як шліфувальний використовувати керамічний інноваційний матеріал з високими фізико-механічними властивостями.

EN: The article deals with the process of restoring the geometry of a rail track by grind process. It is noted that the periodic correction of the profile of the rail head by grind process makes it possible to ensure the best contact of the wheel with the rail and thereby prolong its service life by up to 20%. In addition, the costs for the maintenance and repair of rolling stock are reduced and the service life is extended by reducing the fatigue of parts and machine component. It is determined that the operational properties of the rail head are influenced by a complex of factors of the grind process. It is proposed to use as grind process the ceramic innovative material with high physical and mechanical properties . The application of this material as a grind process will improve the quality of the processing of the rail head, reduce the surface roughness, and provide increased heat removal from the «circle − rail» contact zone.
