Перспективи розвитку швидкісних пасажирських перевезень в Україні на основі світового доcвiду

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто перспективи розвитку високошвидкісних залізниць України, заходи щодо впровадження швидкісного руху та можливий розвиток на основі світового досвіду.

EN: The article considers the prospects for the development of high-speed Railways of Ukraine, the implementation of high-speed traffic and possible development on the basis of international experience. Current trends in the market of transport services for passengers are in a relative decrease in the role of rail and increasing importance of road and air transport. Therefore, the necessary measures at the state level on strengthening the attractiveness of rail transport it to the public. This can only be achieved through the introduction of high-speed railways. The paper presents several approaches to determining the economic feasibility of introduction in Ukraine of high-speed traffic, but still not determined how it will develop speed and high-speed movement in Ukraine.
