Підвищення ефективності взаємодії станції примикання та під’їзних колій

Abstract

UA: У роботі проведено аналіз існуючих досліджень, присвячених підвищенню ефективності взаємодії станції примикання і під’їзних колій. Для графічного відображення взаємозв’язку між проблемою і причинами її виникнення запропоновано використовувати діаграму Ісікави. Причинами, які впливають на ефективність взаємодії, є безпека технологічних процесів, скорочення простою вагонів, збереження ресурсів, узгодженість у роботі, якість управління. Запропоновано розглядати задачу підвищення ефективності взаємодії як багатокритеріальну, а для її рішення застосовувати метод згортання критеріїв.

EN: Raise of efficiency of interaction of stations of contiguity and secondary railways demands search of new solutions. In activity the analysis of existing mathematical models, the modern automated control systems of a manufacturing process, used schemes of interaction of stations of contiguity and secondary railways is carried out. For graphical display of interrelation between problem and reasons of its origin it is offered to use the chart of Isikavy. She allows to map graphical cause and effect interrelation between problem and the reasons which influence it, simple and convenient in application. The reasons which influence efficiency of interaction, security of manufacturing processes, wagon demurrage reduction, preserving of a resources, a coherence in activity, quality of control are. Each of the reasons on the chart of Isikavy is detailed on components depending on their importance for achievement of definitive result. For raise of efficiency of interaction it is necessary to consider simultaneously a considerable quantity of factors. Therefore it is offered to consider a task of raise of efficiency of interaction as multicriteria. For its solution it is necessary to use a method of folding of criteria. He allows to form from several local criteria one with usage of weighting coefficients which consider importance of each separate criterion. The solution received as a result of optimisation of such criterion, it is possible to consider effective.
