Макроекономічні тенденції в процесі цифровізації залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: У статті доведено, що головна роль у переорієнтації країни на цифровий курс належить державним органам влади, яким слід зосередитися на цифровізації бізнесу, транспорту й промисловості, впровадженні цифрових прав, подоланні цифрового розриву в суспільстві. Зазначено, що нині базовим галузям національної економіки слід розробити не уніфіковані, а власні концепції цифровізації, які б враховували особливості їх діяльності. Встановлено, що рівень впровадження інновацій безпосередньо на залізничному транспорті відіграє вирішальну роль у стимулюванні його економічного зростання, а також забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності національної економіки загалом. Доведено, що цифровізація, крім позитивних рис, містить низку небезпек, які варто враховувати під час розроблення стратегії цифрової трансформації залізничного транспорту. Окреслено позитивні та негативні наслідки цифровізації для залізничного транспорту.

EN: In the article finds that the globalization processes that prevail in the world today, on the one hand, significantly accelerate the development of innovations, and on the other, in the absence of the bipolar world of the flow of goods, have to some extent halted some of them. It is proved that the main role in the reorientation of the country to the digital course belongs to the state authorities, which should not only deal with issues of e-government, but also focus on digitization of business, transport and industry, implementation of digital rights, bridging the digital divide in society, etc. At present, each basic branch of the national economy should elaborate not its own unified concepts, but its own digitalization concepts, which would take into account the peculiarities of their management. It is established that the level of scientific and technological progress, the degree of introduction of innovations in the railway transport, which plays a crucial role in stimulating its economic growth, strengthening, creating sustainable development, both at national and world levels, as well as supporting and enhancing the competitiveness of the whole national economy. Digitalization, as a universal technology of the new model of global development, also entails a number of dangers that must be taken into account in order not to plunge the world into chaos.
