UA: На основі систематизації останніх публікацій і даних моніторингу по використанню гнучких методів управління проектами розглянуті такі аспекти - виділені особливості методів проектного управління та переваги гнучких методологій в порівнянні з використанням традиційного підходу до управління з метою подальшого успішного стратегічного розвитку підприємства.

EN: The main methods of a flexible project management system in enterprises. Based on the systematization of recent publications and monitoring data on the use of flexible project management methods, such aspects are considered - the features of project management methods and the advantages of flexible methodologies are compared with the use of the traditional management approach with a view to further successful strategic development of the enterprise. To fully disclose the objectives of the study, a number of tasks were solved, namely: analysis and comparison of existing flexible methods of project management; definition and description of the advantages and disadvantages of flexible methodologies in comparison with the use of the traditional approach to project management; the main characteristics of each method are presented, their features are considered.
