Конвергенція Причорноморського регіону в просторі європейської інтеграції

Abstract

UA: У статті визначено поняття конвергенції Причорноморського регіону в просторі європейської інтеграції. Проаналізовано шляхи державного стимулювання політики зупинки еміграції та зростання економіки Причорноморського регіону. Обґрунтовано, що для зміцнення потенціалу Причорноморському регіону необхідні постійна співпраця із зовнішніми ринками, максимальне використання власних унікальних можливостей, освоєння нових сегментів ринків світу, формування гнучкої сучасної моделі розвитку підприємництва. Проаналізовано головні вектори економічного розвитку та впровадження «зелених» нанотехнологій у провідних країнах світу.

EN: The article defines the notion of convergence of the black sea region in the space of European integration. Analyzes the main vectors of the policy of state incentives for stopping emigration and the growth of the economy of the black sea region. It is proved that for capacity-building in the black sea region should: a constant cooperation with the foreign markets, the maximum use of their own unique possibilities and the development of new segments of the markets of the world, to create a flexible contemporary model of business development in the space of European integration focused on external and internal supply and demand. Convergence of the black sea region in the space of European integration should provide for a high level of comfort, safety, environmental and economic equality. These activities should consist of the modernization of the system and to ensure the formation of a strong competitive state.
