Прогнозування визначення термінів оновлення нових серій тягового рухомого складу

Abstract

UA: Необхідність своєчасного оновлення рухомого складу є однією з основних задач для забезпечення ефективності і конкурентоспроможності залізниць. Невизначеність часу заміни застарілого рухомого складу приводить до падіння інтересу до послуг залізниць через надмірні і не завжди обґрунтовані витрати на надані послуги. В основу визначення оптимальних термінів розробки і заміни рухомого складу слід покласти комплексний підхід, що враховує всебічну визначеність чинників, що впливають на ефективність роботи рухомого складу.

EN: Traction rolling stock of Ukraine's railways has not been updated in recent years, despite the achievement or exceeding of the normative operating life. In this regard, his technical condition reached a critical limit, after which there may be disruptions in the industry. To prevent such a situation, several directions were proposed for the industry to withdraw from the state of stagnation, such as prolonging the service life beyond the normative when carrying out a set of measures for their implementation, introducing repairs to the system of traction rolling stock close to factory ones.
