Застосування деяких аспектів психології управління персоналом на підприємствах залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: В статті проаналізовано праці вітчизняних вчених та практиків за представленою тематикою. Узагальнено заходи з психології управління персоналом. Підтверджено необхідність застосування елементів психології управління персоналом підприємств залізничного транспорту. Визначено основні психологічні особливості й риси в управлінні персоналом залізничного транспорту. Зазначено необхідність встановлення чинників для покращення психо-емоційного клімату колективі. Визначено, що для забезпечення ефективної роботи підприємств та плідної праці їх робітників є необхідним та доцільним застосовувати елементи психології управління. Розглянуто питання щодо ефективності застосування новітніх методів менеджменту персоналу.

EN: In the article labours of home scientists and practical workers are analysed after the presented subjects. Measures are generalized on psychology of management a personnel. The necessity of application of elements of psychology of management of enterprises of railway transport a personnel is confirmed. Basic psychological features and lines are certain in the management of railway transport a personnel. The necessity of establishment of factors is marked for the improvement of психо-емоційного climate collective. Certainly, that for providing of effective work of enterprises and fruitful labour of their workers is a necessity and expedient to apply the elements of management psychology. A question is considered in relation to efficiency of application of the newest methods of management of personnel. To the resources of railways that stipulate efficiency of functioning and firmness of productive processes, labour resources belong. In turn the level of efficiency of the use of labour of labour collective determines competition potential of enterprises, in the conditions of limit nature of highly skilled shots of certain professions of railway transport. In addition market relations dictate new requirements to administrative activity and to leading will lay down a management on all levels, regardless of sphere them to employment. In time, when our country defends the rights and freedoms in war with a neighbour-aggressor, for providing of effective activity of enterprises, persistence not enough and intellectual potential of leader or separate performers.
