Раціоналізація роботи перевантажувальних кранів на контейнерних терміналах вантажних станцій

Abstract

UA: В статті розглядається питання ефективності використання технічного оснащення контейнерних терміналів та раціоналізації роботи перевантажувальних засобів та економічного обґрунтування необхідної їх кількості на розрахунковий термін експлуатації з урахуванням виділення капіталовкладень в умовах обмежених ресурсів. У випадку коли контейнерну площадку обслуговує декілька перевантажувальних засобів, то простїй однієї групи вагонів залежить від простою інших перевантажувальних засобів. Таким чином впровадження раціональної технології управління навантажо-розвантажувальними засобами повинне відповідати такій конструкції вантажної станції та контейнерного терміналу, що дала б можливість у повній мірі реалізувати усі розрахункові параметри з найменшими експлуатаційними витратами.

EN: The article considers the issue of efficiency of technical equipment of container terminals and rationalization of handling facilities and economic justification of their required number for the estimated service life, taking into account the allocation of investments in conditions of limited resources. One of the main problems of optimal control of reloading processes is the choice of a rational strategy for controlling loading and unloading machines within the work cycle, when the range of their movement at design speeds and accelerations is crucial given the constraints imposed on control parameters determined by design and operational conditions (permissible speeds and accelerations for a particular cargo front, maximum traction, operational productivity, site capacity, etc.). The optimization criteria can be the cost parameters for performing the basic operations of the operating cycle, taking into account energy costs depending on the range of loading and unloading machines.
