Економічна безпека підприємства: актуальні проблеми її забезпечення в умовах зростання злочинності

Abstract

UA: Сучасні підприємства функціонують в умовах трансформації бізнес-процесів, що є джерелом формування та розвитку різних видів злочинів. Стаття присвячена питанням забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах зростання злочинності. Зазначено, що небезпечнішими для суспільства є злочини в галузі економіки та фінансів. Соціально-економічні фактори в системі економічної злочинності є ключовими, адже вони формують умови для розвитку криміногенної ситуації в суспільстві та проявляються в умовах суперечностей, незбалансованості господарської діяльності, дефектах економічної політики держави, проблемах системи розподільчих відносин, невідповідності правових норм та адміністративних рішень, корупції тощо. Обґрунтовано особливості забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в протидії злочинності шляхом виокремлення комплексу заходів, які має реалізувати підприємство за підтримки держави.

EN: The study of modern crime trends shows that crimes in the field of economy and finance related to false bankruptcy, concealment of profits, tax evasion, and smuggling are becoming more and more dangerous. There is a targeted infusion of laundered shadow capital. Unfortunately, crimes in the economic sphere are a significant threat to various spheres of security, which leads to a combination of internal and external risks. It should be noted that the state is the bearer of economic interests and must ensure their satisfaction for all participants in social relations by creating an appropriate market climate. This will make it possible to create favorable conditions for conducting economic activity of enterprises in a legal way. Therefore, in order to identify approaches to the prevention and counteraction of crime at the state level, it is necessary to assess the environment of the spread of economic crime, the factors of its development and containment, as well as its impact on various spheres of public life.
