Дослідження складових організаційно-технічного рівня локомотиворемонтного виробництва на основі когнітивних карт

Abstract

UA: Локомотиворемонтне виробництво, що організоване у виробничих підрозділах публічного акціонерного товариства, є частиною складної організаційно-виробничої системи, яка характеризується великою кількістю процесів різної природи. Для дослідження взаємозв’язку цих процесів у роботі застосовуються когнітивні карти. В результаті дослідження виявлено, що складові організаційно-технічного рівня локомотиворемонтних виробництв залізниць України мають ієрархічну структуру. Найбільш значимими є зовнішні керівні фактори.

EN: Locomotive repair production which is organized in production units of public joint stock company is part of a complex of organizational-production system which is characterized by a large number of processes of different nature. Modeling of organizational-production systems with the use of traditional approaches based on analytical description or statistical observation of dependences between input or output parameters is difficult and in many cases impossible. In this paper we use cognitive maps to explore the relationship between these processes. During the research we found that the components of the organizational-technical level of locomotive productions of the Railways of Ukraine have a hierarchical structure. The most significant factors are certain external guiding factors: "Leadership standards", "Production unit", "Technology" and "Senior management". At the level of the depot next factors influence: "Equipment and tools", "Staff", "Production", "Measurement", "Technical documentation". The obtained data will allow us to correct the programs of examination of locomotive repair productions and to evaluate them more objectively.
