Оцінювання виробничого ризику працівників будівельної галузі

Abstract

UA: Всесвітня організація охорони здоров’я визначила параметричні характеристики здоров’я як «об’єктивний стан і суб’єктивне відчуття повного фізичного, психологічного та соціального комфорту, а не тільки відсутність хвороб». Професійні захворювання мають чіткі зв’язки з характером виконуваної роботи. Захворювання, спровоковані шкідливими умовами праці, мають неймовірно довгий інкубаційний період, в результаті чого можуть проявлятися в різних формах, які не завжди легко розпізнати. Розглянуто питання методичного забезпечення, яке застосовується під час атестації робочих місць для визначення рівня небезпеки працівників у робочій зоні. Теоретичною базою щодо формування концепції безпеки в організаційно-технічних системах обрано закон Вебера − Фехнера: завдяки йому встановлюється наявність порога відчуття, отже, є можливість математичного розрахунку рівнів впливу факторів виробничого середовища і трудового процесу із подальшим визначенням шкідливості виробничого процесу в цілому. Запропоновано визначення рівня небезпеки у робочій зоні за допомогою функції ризику, що дозволить автоматизувати процес атестації робочих місць.

EN: The World Health Organization has defined parametric characteristics of health as "the objective state and subjective feeling of complete physical, psychological and social comfort, not merely the absence of disease. Occupational diseases have clear links to the nature of the work performed. Diseases provoked by harmful working conditions have an incredibly long incubation period, as a result of which they can manifest themselves in various forms that are not always easy to recognize. The article deals with the issues of methodological support, which is used in the certification of workplaces to determine the level of danger of workers in the work area. Weber-Fechner's law was chosen as the theoretical basis for the formation of the concept of safety in organizational and technical systems: due to it the presence of the threshold of perception is established, so there is an opportunity to mathematically calculate the levels of exposure to the factors of the working area and the working process with the subsequent determination of the harmfulness of the industrial process as a whole. Determination of the level of hazard in the working area by means of the risk function is proposed, which will automate the process of workplace certification.
