Аналіз проблем та перспектив розвитку організаційно-економічних аспектів підприємств туристичної галузі в Україні

Abstract

UA: В статті під час аналізу та досліджень доведено, що в умовах глобалізації і нестабільності зовнішнього оточення, а також військової агресії з боку Росії, одним с головних питань відносно розвитку туристичної галузі стає усунення існуючих проблем та виведення галузі на світовий ринок, для чого є всі передумови. Відзначено, що туризм є сполучною ланкою між такими галузями народного господарства країн, як будівництво, сільське господарство, харчова промисловість, транспортна галузь, будучи потужним прискорювачем науково-технічного прогресу. Проаналізувавши внесок туризму у розвиток світової економіки на основі звітів Всесвітньої Організації з туризму, зроблено висновок про те, що країни, в яких туризм відіграє максимальну роль не є розвиненими в інших галузях економіки. Це стосується й України, де, незважаючи на високий потенціал розвитку, існує безліч проблем, які цьому розвитку перешкоджають. На сьогоднішній день військова агресія Росії звела туристичні потоки України практично до нуля, причому це позначилося і стані світового туризму. Доведено, що для досягнення найкращого результату необхідно створити абсолютно новий, відмінний від уже наявних покроковий алгоритм, який включає створення вільного інформаційного простору, співпрацю всіх стейкхолдерів щодо цінової політики та забезпечення відповідного світовим стандартам якості послуг та законодавчої бази.

EN: In the article, during the analysis and research, it is proved that in the conditions of globalization and the instability of the external environment, as well as military aggression on the part of Russia, one of the main issues regarding the development of the tourism industry is the elimination of existing problems and the introduction of the industry to the world market, for which there are all the prerequisites. It was noted that tourism is a connecting link between such branches of the national economy of countries as construction, agriculture, food industry, transport industry, being a powerful accelerator of scientific and technical progress. Having analyzed the contribution of tourism to the development of the world economy based on the reports of the World Tourism Organization, it was concluded that the countries in which tourism plays the maximum role are not developed in other sectors of the economy. This also applies to Ukraine, where, despite the high development potential, there are many problems that prevent this development. However, today representatives of the government of Ukraine are considering various issues regarding the restoration of the tourism sector in the post-war period, and actions are being developed regarding the introduction of a program of "post-conflict" tourism. The program "Routes of memory" is also being developed, which provides for visiting cities and routes that suffered during the hostilities. The State Tourism Development Agency of Ukraine intends to implement all these programs in close cooperation with the Committee for Transport and Tourism of the European Parliament through the creation of the INPUT – Industry of Peace for Ukrainian Tourism platform. It has been shown that in order to achieve the best result, it is necessary to create an absolutely new, recognizable and already known subroutine algorithm, which includes the creation of a free information space, the implementation of all stakeholders along the pricing policy and security in dpovidnogo svetovim standards of quality services and legislature base.
