Управління інвестиційними проектами на підприємствах залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації економіки

Abstract

UA: У статті обґрунтовано необхідність перегляду положень управління інвестиційними проектами на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, що обумовлені кардинальними інноваційними змінами у світі та використанням у процесі господарювання провідних підприємств цифрових технологій. Досліджено особливості управління інвестиційними проектами на підприємствах залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації економіки. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення організаційних аспектів формування та реалізації інвестиційного проекту на основі використання цифрової інвестиційної платформи. Розкрито мету створення цифрової інвестиційної платформи підприємств залізничного транспорту. Доведено, що використання цифрової інвестиційної платформи АТ «Укрзалізниця» в процесі формування та реалізації інвестиційного проекту даст змогу підприємствам залізничного транспорту отримати економічний, тактично-оперативний, стратегічний та інформаційний ефект.

EN: The article substantiates the necessity revision of the provisions of management of investment projects in railway transport enterprises, which are caused by radical innovation changes in the world and the use of leading enterprises of artificial intelligence in the process of management. It has been established that a completely new cluster of technologies is currently allocated – fundamental technologies that change not just some aspects of the interaction of various economic agents, but primarily the investment activity environment, its paradigm, that is, the basic principles on which the investment system was built and functioned before. The features of management of investment projects in railway transport enterprises in the conditions of digitization of economy are investigated. The necessity of improving the organizational provisions of the formation and implementation of an investment project based on the use of the use of the digital investment platform as a single industry integration tool, which will optimize the main investment business processes, will make transparent the basic administrative procedures of the investment sphere in the railway industry and increase the attraction of foreign investors, is substantiated. The purpose and purposes of creating a digital investment platform for railway enterprises are revealed. The main ones are: the formation of a single information space for investment activities of rail transport enterprises; full control of business processes that occur during the implementation of an investment project; speeding up of administrative procedures by domestic and foreign investors; reduction of corruption risks during investment activity; increasing the attractiveness of rail transport for investors; transparent management of investment projects; improvement of the investment climate, etc. From the railway companies’ point of view, the theoretical basis for investment activity and, accordingly, the functioning of the investment platform should be the concept of strategic management of economic behavior, which will provide the basis for ensuring competitive advantages in the future. In general, the use of the digital investment platform JSC “Ukrzaliznytsya” in the process of formation and implementation of the investment project will allow railway enterprises to obtain economic, tactical-operational, strategic and informational effects
