Стратегічні напрями економічної безпеки

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено питанням розроблення механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту. Визначено сутність основних понять, які пов'язані з визначенням економічної безпеки. На основі проведеного дослідження встановлено, що основною метою забезпечення економічної безпеки залізниць є запобігання загрозам, забезпечення захищеності їхньої діяльності та досягнення поставлених цілей. Для вирішення питання забезпечення економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту розроблено модель показників, які визначаються виходячи з уже визначених раніше загроз. Досліджено передумови забезпечення економічної безпеки залізничного транспорту, які класифіковано за блоками: економічні, політичні, організаційно-технологічні, технічні та соціальні. Найвищий ступінь економічної безпеки являє міжнародна економічна безпека. Доведено, що велика частина передумов, що виникають, лежить в основі державного регулювання.

EN: The article is devoted to the development of a mechanism for ensuring the economic security of railway transport. The essence of the basic concepts that are associated with the definition of economic security is determined. Based on an analysis of the theoretical and methodological approaches of scientists who are working on this issue, the main directions regarding the determination of the mechanism for increasing the level of economic security are disclosed. According to the results of a comprehensive analysis, the railways of Ukraine have many problems that need to be addressed in a very short time by taking measures to ensure stability and develop its work now and in the future. As a result of the study, it was found that the main goal of ensuring the economic security of railways is to prevent threats, ensure the safety of their activities and achieve their goals by solving and searching for means and methods of preventing threats in order to mitigate or eliminate the consequences of their actions. Based on this, it was concluded that ensuring the economic security of railway transport is a continuous cyclic process, which must be periodically improved. The components of the economic security of transport differ from one another in their content, a set of functional criteria, as well as ways to ensure their level.
