Стратегічні напрями розвитку інтеграційних процесів в умовах реформування залізничного транспорту України

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто основні напрямки руху вантажів для проведення відповідних заходів щодо підвищення їхньої конкурентоспроможності, що дасть змогу сформувати відповідний стратегічний вектор у розвитку міжнародних відносин нашої країни в галузі транзиту. Обґрунтовано доцільність виділення стратегічних напрямів розвитку інтеграційних процесів в умовах реформування залізничного транспорту України, головними з яких є: транзитні перевезення, конкурентоспроможність залізничного транспорту на міжнародному ринку перевезень, транспортно-логістична інтеграція, уніфікація процесу перевезень та удосконалення тарифної політики щодо міжнародних перевезень. Теоретична основа статті складається з дослідження сукупності принципів, прийомів, загальнотеоретичних спеціальних та міждисциплінарних методів наукового дослідження. Для реалізації розроблені стратегічні напрями розвитку інтеграційних процесів в умовах реформування залізничного транспорту.

EN: The article defines the essence of the concept of "strategy", identifies the main stages of strategy development, proposes scientific approaches to the development of the strategy of railway transport of Ukraine, analyzes the foreign and domestic experience in the development and implementation of the strategy of development of the railway transportation industry. The development strategy is defined as a long-term plan that contains a set of decisions on the choice of the direction of development, the definition of the main goals, as well as the model of actions for the formation and effective utilization of the potential and gives the opportunity to create favorable internal and external conditions for successful overcoming of the basic stages of development. The strategy of development of railway transport envisages creation of conditions for modernization, transition to an innovative path of development and sustainable growth of the national economy of the state, ensuring of Ukraine's leadership in the world economic system, realization of the transit potential of the country, rational use of the potential of its unique economic and geographical position under the influence of integration processes and change traditional world economic ties.
