Інвестиційна безпека як складова фінансової безпеки держави

Abstract

UA: Стаття визначає сутність економічної категорії «інвестиційна безпека держави». Зазначено, що до складу інвестиційної безпеки входять податкова, інноваційна, грошово-кредитна, бюджетна, страхова, фінансова безпека та безпека суб’єктів господарювання. Досліджено визначення інвестиційної безпеки держави, яке перебуває у двох площинах, а саме як певне економічне положення держави та окреме середовище здійснення інвестиційної безпеки. Доведено, що така безпека держави, як інвестиційна, залежить від багатьох чинників впливу, а не лише від соціально-економічного.

EN: This article focuses on the definition of the essence of the economic category “investment security of the state”. It is noted that in the investment security, as a subsystem of financial security are: tax, innovation, monetary, budget, insurance, financial security and security of economic entities. The definition of "investment security of the state" is investigated, which is found in two aspects: as a certain economic situation of the state and as a separate environment for the implementation of investment security. It is proved that such a security of the state as an investment security depends on many factors of influence, and not only on the socio-economic.
