Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to make changes to the modern system of maintenance and repair of equipment. The development of measures to improve the system will minimize all production costs due to the use of progressive methods of organizing the production environment. To assess the degree of physical wear and tear and determine the factors that affect the efficiency of the equipment, the research used an expert method based on an examination of the actual technical condition of the equipment. The development of a progressive system of equipment repair based on a combination of systems of planned and preventive repair and repair according to the actual condition makes it possible to increase the overall efficiency of the production system of the wagons repair enterprise.
