| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Long-term experience of the use of the transmission system brake pressing on the pads freight wagons indicates that the mechanism design 1180.000 M TU 32 1351-80 wheel drive creates conditions for the appearance of effort, which in the released condition of the brake pads incline to the intersection with upper edges in the wheel and in the aggregate actions lead to wedge-shaped wear of the pads. Proposed innovative solutions for upgrading a standard device, has freed them from the ravages of moment of forces and ensure concurrent withdrawal of the brake Shoe from the tread surface of the wheels. Conducted full-scale experimental testing of upgrading the brake system, confirmed the results of theoretical research in innovative trolleys and in wheelchairs operational fleet of freight wagons. |
