On-board control and diagnostics systems establish priority of rolling stock technical condition checks with the thresholds of technical condition selected beforehand. A technical condition identification accuracy of experimental units during their diagnostics while moving depends on maximum approach of an environment where measurement of secondary processes takes place the real operational environment. Heavy noise removal problems in the measured vibration are substantially difficult and demand application of modern signal analysis mathematical techniques and numerous of experimental researching and modeling.
