Проблеми та перспективи цифровізації економіки України

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено дослідженню цифровізації в Україні в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів з урахуванням повномасштабного вторгнення росії в нашу країну. Доведено, що цифровий розвиток та підтримка цифрової трансформації економіки набувають надзвичайного значення. Встановлено, що цифрова економіка пронизує всі сектори за всіма категоріями: від державного до приватного. Виділено основні проблеми, які перешкоджають розвитку в Україні цифрових трендів та трансформації української економіки. Встановлено, що одним із важливих етапів цифровізації економіки України в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів є участь у програмі «Цифрова Європа». Проаналізовано частку цифрової економіки у світовому ВВП та у ВВП України, а також виділено ключові завдання на довгострокову перспективу з цифрової трансформації.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of digitalization in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes, taking into account Russia's full-scale invasion of our country. It is proved that digital development and support for the digital transformation of the economy are of paramount importance. It is determined that the digitalization of the economy allows: optimizing business processes; creating new products and services through the Internet of Things, virtual reality, cloud services and artificial intelligence; saving money by saving staff through automation and robotization of business processes, etc. It is established that the digital economy permeates all sectors in all categories: public and private; real, nonproductive and financial; extractive, manufacturing and service sectors. The article analyzes the main problems that impede the development of Ukraine's economy in the context of global transformation processes related to digitalization, including institutional, infrastructure, ecosystem, and e-government and governance issues. It is established that one of the important stages in the digitalization of Ukraine's economy in the context of European integration processes is participation in the Digital Europe program, which is aimed at developing advanced digital skills, introducing digital technologies at enterprises, building digital infrastructure and making digital services even more accessible to citizens and public institutions. The author analyzes the share of the digital economy in global GDP and in Ukraine's GDP, proving that this indicator is growing in our country even despite a full-scale war. The author also identifies key tasks for the long-term digital transformation. It has been established that digital transformation and the development of the digital economy in Ukraine is ongoing and being updated. Despite Russia's large-scale aggression against Ukraine, the priorities for our country in the field of digital transformation are the formation of a single digital market with the EU and the approximation of the structure of the domestic digital sector to the requirements of the new reality in the context of war and the post-war period.
