Abstract

UA: Останнім часом підприємства всього світу змушені працювати в агресивному зовнішньому середовищі, яке спричиняє все більше нових ризиків та загроз. Сучасний стан світової соціально-економічної системи піднімає достатню кількість важко вирішуваних і практично непрогнозованих ситуацій. Наслідки розвитку таких сценаріїв призводять до виявлення абсолютно нового сенсу поняття ризиків як на глобальному, так і на локальному рівнях. Це пов'язано не лише з кризами багатьох економічних, політичних та соціальних систем країн, але й з безпрецидентним інноваційним зростанням. У зв'язку з цим багато завдань, які були актуальні ще вчора і з якими навчилися справлятися сучасні топ-менеджери, стають сьогодніне актуальними. На перший план виходять завдання, пов'язані не стільки зі зниженням та нейтралізацією ризиків з метою збереження активів підприємства та його доходів, скільки соціальні, комунікативні, екологічні, іміджеві, антикорупційні та ін. Система управління ризиками на підприємстві зараз це не тількі діяльність, спрямована на виявлення економічних ризиків, визначення їх допустимого рівня та певними діями щодо зменшення або нейтралізації негативних явищ та їх наслідків. Це система, яка пов’язана такожз соціальними, політичними, екологічними ризиками. Також не можна забувати і про ризики безперервності діяльності підприємства, оскільки вони стають все більш ймовірними та непереборними, якщо мова заходить про кібербезпеку чи постачання, а компанії планують свою діяльність лише на короткостроковий період. Цілісне управління ризиками підприємств має на увазі не тільки забезпечення безпеки того, що вони роблять за фактом у реальному часі, а й те, що вони позиціонують як свої пріоритети.

EN: Recently, enterprises around the world are forced to work in an aggressive external environment, which causes more and more newrisks and threats. The current state of the world socio-economic system raises a sufficient number of difficult to solve and practically unpredictable situations. The consequences of the development of such scenarios lead to the discovery of a completely new meaning of the concept of risks both at the global and local levels. Thisis connected not only with the crises of many economic, political and social systems of countries, but also with unprecedented innovative growth. In this connection, many tasks that were relevant yesterday and with which modern top managers have learned to cope, are no longerrelevant today. Tasksrelated not so much to the reduction and neutralization of risks in orderto preserve the company's assets and its income, but social, communicative, environmental, image, anticorruption, etc., come to the fore. The risk management system at the enterprise is not only an activity aimed at identifying economic risks, determining their acceptable level and taking certain actions to reduce or neutralize negative phenomena and their consequences. This is a system that is also associated with social, political, and environmental risks. All classic methods of risk management can be divided into the following groups: risk prevention; risk transfer; risk localization; reducing the level of risk. However, today these methods are not enough. Business continuity risks should also not be forgotten, as they become more likely and insurmountable when it comes to cyber security or supply, and companies only plan their operations for the short term. Under these conditions, the development of risk identification and management methods becomes possible only for specialized units capable of professionally performing this work. Specialists of this level define scenarios of risk management methods. They identify, analyze, assess the possibility of occurrence and the level of losses from risks, as well as create tools to neutralize or reduce the consequences of risks. Holistic enterprise risk management means not only ensuring the security of what they actually do in real time, but also what they position as their priorities. In such conditions, the construction of an innovative comprehensive risk management system at the enterprise becomes necessary.
